This is a large acrylic painting using only 4 colors. It took me several weeks to place the figure and tree in the places I finally placed them. I drew the figures in pencil and erased them time and time again until I got everything exactly the way I wanted it. Finally I selected the colors and mentally planned where they were to be on the work before actually painting the figures in. The black and white frame was then chosen to complement the coloring used. This picture is owned by a lady who lives in Stuart, Florida. It is shown here hanging in her living room.
